Foreign Minister Andrei Galbur sent a message of condolences to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States

In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that struck the United Mexican States, causing fatalities and substantial material damage, Foreign Minister Andrei Galbur sent a message of condolences to the Mexican Foreign Affairs Secretary, Luis Videgaray Caso.

“I am extremely saddened by the loss of so many lives and the catastrophic damage caused by the powerful natural disaster. During this painful and difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with the families who lost their loved ones, wishing those injured and the whole country, strength overcome such a tragedy and a speedy recovery”, mentioned Andrei Galbur.

    On 22 August, Vilen Murzac, Charge d`affaires a.i., visited Spanish Embassy in London and expressed full solidarity with the Spanish colleagues, on the occasion of the appauling terrorist acts commited in Barcelona and Cambrils on 17 August 2017. Mr Murzac signed the book of condolences in memory of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the attacks.

  • Moldovan Rock Band, Zdob si Zdub, will hold a concert in London

    Their first Eurovision experience is Moldova’s debut in the Contest, dating back to 2005. At the 50th edition Zdob si Zdub represented their country with the song "Boonika Bate Doba”, placed 6th in the Final.
