Participation of state secretary Tatiana Molcean at the Black Sea ONG Forum
On December 4th 2017, Tatiana Molcean, state secretary for bilateral and multilateral cooperation participated at the opening of the 10th Black Sea ONG Forum, which is taking place in Chişinău on 4-6 December 2017.

In her speech, Tatiana Molcean highlighted the role of the civil society as a key partner for the Government in promoting reforms and the principle of responsibility to the citizens. Thus, the state secretary mentioned the example of good cooperation with civil society in the process of European integration.

Separately, the Moldova-EU Civil Society Platform was mentioned, which serves as a forum for meetings and exchange of experience between civil society for Moldova and European Union, contributing to the implementation of the Association Agreement.

    The 7th E5P (Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership) Assembly meeting of Contributors was held at EBRD Headquarters on 7 December 2017.



  • IMO Assembly Session in London

    The 30th Regular Session of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Assembly is being held in London from 27 November to 6 December 2017.

    On 22 August, Vilen Murzac, Charge d`affaires a.i., visited Spanish Embassy in London and expressed full solidarity with the Spanish colleagues, on the occasion of the appauling terrorist acts commited in Barcelona and Cambrils on 17 August 2017. Mr Murzac signed the book of condolences in memory of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the attacks.

  • Moldovan Rock Band, Zdob si Zdub, will hold a concert in London

    Their first Eurovision experience is Moldova’s debut in the Contest, dating back to 2005. At the 50th edition Zdob si Zdub represented their country with the song "Boonika Bate Doba”, placed 6th in the Final.
