Meeting of the State Secretary Daniela Morari with Martin Harris, Director of the Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
On the 6th of December 2017, State Secretary Daniela Morari had a meeting with the head of the Department for Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Martin Harris.

In the framework of the meeting various topics of bilateral relations were addressed and mutual interest for their further deepening and diversification was expressed. State Secretary Daniela Morari expressed gratitude to the British Government for the assistance granted in the process of modernisation of our country.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the latest developments in the Transnistrian issue settlement, as well as regarding the outcomes of the recent Eastern Partnership Summit.

  • E5P Assembly Meeting

    The 7th E5P (Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership) Assembly meeting of Contributors was held at EBRD Headquarters on 7 December 2017.



  • IMO Assembly Session in London

    The 30th Regular Session of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Assembly is being held in London from 27 November to 6 December 2017.

    The privatisation process of state public property assets is currently ongoing in the Republic of Moldova.

    On 22 August, Vilen Murzac, Charge d`affaires a.i., visited Spanish Embassy in London and expressed full solidarity with the Spanish colleagues, on the occasion of the appauling terrorist acts commited in Barcelona and Cambrils on 17 August 2017. Mr Murzac signed the book of condolences in memory of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the attacks.

  • Moldovan Rock Band, Zdob si Zdub, will hold a concert in London

    Their first Eurovision experience is Moldova’s debut in the Contest, dating back to 2005. At the 50th edition Zdob si Zdub represented their country with the song "Boonika Bate Doba”, placed 6th in the Final.
